Astena consultants are specialised in supporting construction and installation companies. They analyse the customer’s processes and map them. Then, they advise the customer on the software solution that is appropriate to make his company more efficient.

Our Care department makes sure that customers can perfectly benefit from their software’s possibilities, and that they evolve along with upgrades. Customers get clear answers to their questions, and are quickly helped if any problem should occur.

To train and assist the users of our software in a proper way, or to refresh and update their knowledge, we established the Astena Academy, in cooperation with Learnia, the Cronos Grouep’s competence centre.
